This home was around 5,000 square feet. It was divided in half. Half the home was much newer than the other half. The older part of the home had no ac. We measured the home and completed a heat load and full design in house to ensure everything was sized properly. While we were there we made some corrections to the existing ERV system and finished up with the ideal solution.

  • A small Daikin ducted unit located in the attic. The ducts were cut into the ceiling to distribute the air.

  • A small Daikin ducted unit was installed in the lower level. Ducts were concealed to move air through this level.

  • These ducts were kept out of the wqay to allow for storage spaces to still be used. Note the use of rigid ducts instead of flex duct.

  • Daikin 4-port outdoor unit. Both indoor units were kept inside of a single run of line hide down the home to keep it as clean as possible.
